    UX (User Experience)

User Experience (UX) is the sum-total of an experience that a human tends to undergo on interacting in a digital product smartphone, mobile application, software, or a platform. It incorporates all details of the users riding the system, the ease in moving around, the feelings they associate with the product as they achieve their objectives.

    Why It Matters:

Good UX is what allows people to go about their tasks fast and with pleasure, becoming more satisfied and coming back to perform these tasks again, and delivering greater results to businesses (such as signups, sales, or engagement). Instead, bad UX results in frustration, abandonment, and mistrust of a company.

    UX is about:

    • Understanding user behavior and goals
    • Reducing friction in navigation and usability
    • Ensuring clarity, simplicity, and accessibility
    • Creating emotional and psychological satisfaction

    Common UX Techniques:

    • User research (interviews, surveys, analytics)
    • Wireframing and prototyping
    • Usability testing
    • Information architecture and user flows
    • Accessibility design (for all abilities)

    Example:
If a food delivery app makes it simple to find your favorite meal, reorder quickly, and pay in seconds with minimal clicks, that’s great UX.
